    Hi , My husband is actually from Tacoma, WA, but his only relatives live in seaside and have for 40 years. So we get to claim a part of the family. We hope to get out there this summer at some point. We haven't been to the sea for several years, we would move there in a min. if it was just us, but we are raising grandkids, they have never been to the sea, well they were on the Atlantic down south, but that isn't the real ocean...LOL. Maybe the North Atlantic, there is a beauty to like Cape Hatteres and we use to live in South Carolina and there were some pretty beaches there, but real estate took over so many places. We like to camp in Gold Coast campground, at least the last time it was vert primative camping and that is what we like. no lights, tv, etc. anyway welcome.

    Sea to Breathe;
    We have picnicked with the boys at that campground, it's beautiful. They are all grown up now and have very busy lives. Thanks for the welcome.

    Welcome, from a state that is waiting for sea side properity, from the west. BUT nothing yet. Your avatar is hot, maybe to hot... Did you take it? Thanks for the good word on my dragon. It's my first art piece, heck it's only my third quilt I've made. The others where for gifts to family anyway. How about some pictures of your works???

    I'm so glad to be here. Oldntatted(love your name) I also love dragons, but my nephew lives them. So his grad. quilt had to have them on it. The picture was taken by my youngest son who is a fire fighter. If I remember it was taken around the Indian Hot Springs summer of 09. I would love to make a quilt capturing its intensity. Will post pictures when I can find my camera/computer connector, my son borrowed it.
