Traverse city, I,ve been there soooo long ago. That was in another life time. Glad you like my work. You will find so many helpful friends on this site. So don't think you won't fit in . If an old washed up biker/tattoo artist can make friends. I know a careing E.M.T. can. Just picture this 6' 200 lbs tattooed, grey bearded old man sitting at a sewing machine, and letting his harley sit out in the yard... Should bring a smile to you knowing some of your contempoaries, saved me with the traning you all go throgh
:)

Welcome from Oklahoma with a Massachusetts accent. So happy you could be here. There is always room for one more quilter.

Here is a pic just finished sewing on the flowers, WEW!!

The flowers are thick felt, for added depth.

Remember the branch started out as gray fabric.

Hi! put the border around the quilt. I also did a little more detail work on the flowers. Let me know what you think. Any Ideas for a quilt design, for around the outside. I'm just going to SITD for all of the geometric parts.
