what wonderful memories and treasures you have. My Mom helped me cross stitch a quilt, and then she had her church group hand quilt it. Those are such wonderful memories for me, so I know how you feel.

welcome from Wyoming; I made one of those cross stitch quilts from a kit, and the back was marked with the hand quliting stitch line, you should be able to do that yourself
