Hello, sorry my only idea was to buy a fancy white box, covered in shimmery paper, that the top lifts off like a lid. Inside have shimmery tissue that opens up to show the quilt. Of course the outside of the box is decorated appropriately. This will give effect of a gift that came from an expensive store, so hopefully they will view it as what it truely is, a work of art, which would be extremely expensive to buy.
Of course because of your traveling you will need to do what is easiest for you to transport.
Please let us know what you end up doing.
