Thank you for your kind words and welcome. I'm sorry for your loss. Schnauzers have loads of personality don't they? Gunnar is only 3 and we all adore him. He's a spoiled little guy who doesn't know he's a dog. :D

Thanks for the welcome. I love my sewing room. It's actually supposed to be our family room but when I started quilting I kinda took it over.

Your family and your quilt are both beautiful. How long were the kids willing to stand there? In my family most of my photos are RUNNING! I would have never dreamed a purple quilt, it's just wonderful with the blue! Of course the mountains go without saying, they get compliments all the time. ;)

Thank you Elizabeth. My kids think I take waaaay too many photos and they hate it when I pull the camera out. But I'm a mean Mom and I make them pose for me.

Thanks Loretta. I didn't make the schnauzer quilt for Gunnar, it's hanging on the wall in my sewing room.

Great idea to make them pose! They seem to grow up so fast if you DON'T take the photo you'll never get to see them that way doing "fill in the blank" again. :D Thanks for sharing.
