I live in the Upper Pen. of MI., and I am retired. I live in the country. I have two grandchildren. A husband that I am with for the last 44 years. We have two dogs that my husband and I both treasure. We don't have them trained as much as they have us trained. I just starting quilting and machine embroidery, love them both. I have done sewing and knitting off and on since high school.

Welcome from Ft. Gratiot, MI. I am about six hours south of the bridge. Been in the UP a few times, beautiful woods and lots of miles of....woods! Glad to have you aboard.

Thank you from Ireland. I have been thinking of trying to make one of the quilted purses. Has anyone made any? If so, does anyone have a pattern that they would be willing to share that worked out well for them. Also what was the hardest part of making the purse?

Thank you, we have been in lower Michigan a few times. Last time was about 5 years ago when we went to the Ford Mus.

I love the picture of the dog. Is the dog yours? He or she looks friendly.
