Hello from Alabama. I got the Brother Quattro 6000D a year ago and love everything about it. Very user friendly. I really wanted to get a Bernina because I have heard alot of good things about them but to get one comparable it cost quite a bit more. Get the best you can reasonably afford and you'll be happy with it. Make sure it is user friendly or you won't get as much enjoyment out of it. Just my opinion. Have Fun!
