Figured out that an introduction was "in order".
I live in Lima, Ohio - NW part of the state.
Introduced to quilting when I lived in Kentucky and from my MIL who began quilting when she retired.
My mom started me sewing when I was 5
I'm married, 2 sons (in Kentucky and Virginia) and 5 grandkids.
I've not quilted very long - my first quilt went to survisor of Katrina - felt kind of good to do that.
Now I'm anxious to get more underway.

welcome from :D MN!! What a wonderful way to start your quilting life - by giving away your first one and to someone so desparately in need - very inspiring!

Welcome from Southern California. It feels great to make quilts for others doesn't it? I have given 4x as many as I have kept for myself or children.
