I am new on this board . Glad your Wal-Mart is keeping its material most of ours in Nashville is gone. How do you get any of the Amish patterns?

Hi all, I joined in Nov but never into myself. This is a new concept for me. I've been quilting for maybe 1 1/2 yrs. I live in the Adirondacks -- 35 miles from shopping and quilt stores. I need to "learn" how to shop on line. I really enjoy "reading" all the input. . . . it's like taking lessons. Have a wonderful Christmas.

Welcome from another Buckeye!

Do you live near Millersburg? I'm in Ohio, too, in Loudonville. My hubby used to drive Amish and knows all their out of the way fabric shops. We were in Amish country in the fall and I wondered then if Millersburg's WalMart would be keeping its fabric section because of all the Amish that shop there. We usually shop at the Ashland WalMart and its fabric section, which wasn't very good, is long gone.
