Greetings from frosty Saskatchewan, we quilt here lots, just to keep warm !!!!!!! As far as your questions about your machine, call back to the store where you bought it, if they can't help you, well.... What kind of warrenty did you get, or did you get an extended warrenty? Ask what kind of trade-in you can get, hope this helps???????
