Welcome and waving from Texas. Glad you fixed your machine but please stay here and read and learn. The QB is great.

Thanks! Everyone is so nice.... I am entering one of my applique christmas hangings in the county fair. First time I have done it. Also entered a few counted cross stitch patterns. Just seem like somthing fun to do. I always go so why not have some of my handy work there.

What is the best oil to use. Someone said 3 in 1 oil but another said it gummed up their machine. I would guess so good quality machine oil will work. I was thinking about getting a Janome 712T to put in the cabinet but looks like it is just a little to tall.

I would only use oil made for sewing machines.

...and Welcome from S.E. Texas! :)
