I live up in the mountains near Butte, MT. Gorgeous here today...maybe summer is coming...have had snow and rain the last few days. Supposed to be rainy today, but in the 60's.

My mom's best friend and her family live in Dillon....Her name is Jo Smith and she's live there for 30 years...

Can you see Our Lady of the Rockies from where you are? Great quilt show coming up in Hamilton (just three hours away over Chief Joseph Pass) on June 25th and 26th. My daughter and I are arriving in Hamilton on the 25th, so I will be at the show on Sunday the 26th. It is a really, really great show.

No, we are 17 miles from Butte...lots of quilt shows in Montana in the summer! I usually try and make it to Quilts on the Lawn in Bozeman, but this year I might take in a few smaller ones. With gas prices the way they are....

I would really like to see the one in Eureka in August.
