    Welcome from Minnesota!
    When I do my fleece blanket, I use 2 layers (it gets cold in Minnesota). Then I fold over the back layer's edges to the front and sew them down by machine. PM me if you want more details.

    welcome, i have only fringe tied a fleece blanket, so i can't help with 2 layers--but glad you're here!
