    Have you considered using the hexies as "borders" or sashings between the BB blocks? What I am trying to say is frame the BB blocks with hexies...single row, double row, triple row...whatever looks best. Just a thought...

    I would just use the hexies alone, embroidery lovely, but maybe keep it for the back as a signature idea. No calculation needed.

    Thanks for all your welcomes and ideas. I changed my mind after all I am a woman lol. Here is what I ended up with. Bought all new fabrics (fancy that).
