Welcome I lived two years in your beautiful country some 30 years ago. I loved every minute of it. The people were very friendly to us Yanks. We were in the outback of South Australia and things were alot different than what we were use to back home. My wonderful neighbor made me a cork hat. That hat saved my sanity during fly season. I'm sure things are different these days. Again Welcome

Welcome from Wyoming! I'm a hand quilter and I also have two small children, so I can tell you it's a challenge to find time to quilt, but I find it to be such a fun and relaxing break when I do! Good luck and have fun! :)

Hello from Iowa, like everyone says look for the easy patterns to start with and go from there. And scrappy is fun because you can't mess up where is should go in the quilt.
