Don't feel bad. It took me a while to post an avatar too. I still have not figured out how to put a link into a message. I am sure my son, whose IQ is about a thousand times higher than mine (really?!? a thousand...) could show me how. But I have my pride!

I think there are instructions on the Board as to how you add an avatar. Try the search click.
As to listing a link
start with http://www. and then whatever your .com is.
e.g. http://www.superiorthreads.com
if you have trouble remembering the starting stuff, look at the top line on your computer page and you'll see it.
