    Hello from Maryland, transplanted from UK.I have yet to venture into the world of quilting,and as I now work part time in a quilting store I think it is time I jumped in!
    This looks like a great place to get started to meet new people and gain some inspiration.
    Happy to New Year to everyone and may all your 'projects 'come true in 2010

    Thanks for the welcome,today I have resolved to spend some time in my sewwing space, I want to make something but as yet do not know what! I have some neat patterns for quilted pot holders, maybe that would be a good place to start, something small enough to get done in a few hours and feel a sense of accomplishment!
