I just found this site and think it is terrific. Saw the darling little quilt made by the six-year old. Now I have to teach my 8 year old granddaughter to quilt too!
I lived in England from 1963 to 1965 and have returned a number of times on holiday since then. My favorite cities are London and Bath. I also spend time in Sweden and France where I take lots of pictures as inspiration for future art quilts. Not that I have made any yet! But now that I am retired from teaching and am getting two new knees I intend to explore that aspect of quilting. My quilting so far has been limited to more traditional types of quilts.
