Hello to all - I'm new to quilting, but not to sewing. Have wanted to get into it for years, and am just getting started.Really appreciate all the tips and tutes here. And true to the breed, I've already got more than one project started at once!! I'm from a ranching background (hence the "cowbelle" user name) and love the old western style fabrics.

Mancos is 6900', and Mesa Verde National Park, where I work is 7000', but we have to go up to 8500' to get to the headquarters of the park. Wonderful driving lately!!

Hi from another Colorado quilter. We visted Mancos and Mesa Verde 2 summers ago. Love the park and the views from the top. We hope to make it there again to spend some time at the cliff dwellings. Welcome.. this is a very cool website forum!
