    Karen in IN my daughter's name is Karen. My dh picked it out and we thought we having another boy so the name was chosen when I had to fill out her birth certificate :D

    I do plan to have fun Anne but at the same time I feel some stress and not sure why. When I crochet I start over some and think nothing of it, lately it's been just small things FG :lol: so I know I can rip out while sewing too!

    welcome from mid michigan. i was sewing clothing before i started quilting too. it won't take you long to work your way around to the quilting side. this site is the BEST. everyone is so helpful. i try to keep track of what everyone is working on. it is such fun!!!!!!!!!

    I did get a book yesterday while at Costco--QUILTING, 200 Q&A by Jake Finch no patterns but good explainations At least I think so :lol: I see the author is a known person in the quilting world
