Hi, my name is Lori and I am new to the group. I have been quilting now for a couple of years. I am in my early 30's and don't know many quilters, so I think I will enjoy being part of this group.
I am going to try to post some pictures of a couple of my quilts.
God Bless!

Hi Lori welcome, very nice to meet you, I am from New Zealand, Your quilts are so pretty. Do you have children that you have made these for. Love the alphabet quilt with the appliqued sheep.
There are lots of friendly helpful people here and lots to talk about and see. Where are you from?

Hi Lori, Welcome! I love your quilts. My MIL (Mother in law) and GMIL (Grandmother in law) would absolutely love them. THey both raise sheep. Those are very unique and creative. Excellent Job!

OHOHOH! What wonderful quilts you make! I live on a sheep farm, so you know which is my favorite! (although both are wonderful)
What kind of fabric are the sheep?????? So GORGEOUS!
Welcome to the quilter's message board!
This is my favorite site, and I'm sure it will become your's, too.

Thank you all so much for the wonderful welcome.
Barb - I am only about an hour from OKC and have been there several times. MS isn't far either. Oh, and my mother's name is Barbara :)
Type of fabric...hmm, I am not really sure. I just found some furry fabric that I thought would be good for little sheep. It was around the fleece fabric.
I made the sheep quilt for a friends new baby. The bug quilt was for my 5 year old daugter. Oh, and she loves to help me. Especially by pulling the freezer paper off of the applique pieces.
Again, thank you all for the wonderful welcome!
