Hello everyone, I am so excited to be here. I have done some patchwork and I do love it. But with absolutely no fabric shop anywhere near here it is hard to keep up. I have been stashing up on fabric whenever I see a fabric shop. I am Thorhildur, a 48 years old stay at home mother ( I work about 3-4 hours a week at my brothers garage doing the books). I have three kids, twins (boy and girl) 15 years old and a boy who will be 11 on Wednesday. For as long as I can remember I have been doing crafts of all kinds, I have to try out everything new I see. My partner is a fisherman and he is away much of the time.

Hello and welcome from IL. one of my favorite pieces of music is by an Icelandic group - Starálfur by Sigur Ros. I have NO idea what they're singing about - just love the way it sounds :)

Hi! Welcome from New York! I absolutely loved my visit to Iceland. What a beautiful and unique place. I was amazed at so many things - volcanic rock with moss! Hot Springs everywhere and fantastic food! Oh, and short, bent trees. :)
