New quilter from Vancouver Island

Hallo everyone. I have been lurking on the forum for a few weeks and have learnt a LOT!

I thought it was time to introduce myself. I live on Vancouver Island and have only been quilting for a year but LOVE it!

We live in the same area. I too have only been quilting for about a year, but I have been sewing for almost 30 years.

I have friends who are members of the local quilt guild. I work full time, so have not been able to attend their meetings.

Let me know if you would like to meet up at some point.
