    Hi and welcome from the sunny state of Florida!! On your treadle machine, if you have a really good serviceperson convert it to electric it should also be able to treadle. My DM just had hers done that belonged to her DM and is what I learned on. I also have a treadle and want to have it electric also one of these days.
