New to the quilting world

Thank you all of you for all of your positive feedback. I almost have the second Green Bay Packers quilt done for my youngest son. Some of you have guessed I am from WI. I never really watched football until 2000 when my son was playing in high school.
I am going to wait with mine until I do a couple of other projects.
They will both be wall hangings. One has butterflies and the other has bald eagles. I am still trying to figure out border colors and a layout that will entice me to start on it. I have found a quilt on the keepsakequilting website that I want to make for my bedroom. It is a twisted garden, in which the trellis looks woven. I think it will be a good challenge and hopefully not too beyond me. I can see if I have problems that this is a great place to ask for help. Thank you and I thoroughly enjoy looking at all of the quilts and projects on this website.
