Hi, I have lived and quilted in California (both Southern & Northern), Kansas, Alaska, Texas, Washington, Nevada and now Virginia. I have joined Quilt Guilds in every Location. That is the best way to get acquainted with lovely people & Quilt Shops. I have enjoyed most hand arts, but 'am now concentrating on quilts as I promised each of my family members a quilt. I had 4 children and with in-laws & grandchildren & spouses, perhaps I have bitten off two much. Let's hope I live long enough to finish them all.
I'm active in the Guild here and enjoy all the programs. The was a UFO year long program with monthly list of each persons UFO's, and it was surprizing how much got done. Gave everyone a push. Back to the sewing machine.

Hi Cecelia,
Welcome to the site. This is a great place. I have gotten lots of hints and help. I have only been quilting about a year; I also do cross-stitch and crochet. Hope you will share your knowledge with us newbies.

Thanks for all the welcomes to Virginia. I'm enjoying living and quilting here. At present I'm trying to catch up with all the "Stuff" I've managed to collect since moving here. Need to find more time for the important thing "Quilting!" Thanks again, Cecelia
