Am a new visitor to the site; am amazed at some of the quilts you make. Have been quilting just a couple years, but have been sewing since I was 5. I make wedding gowns, a lot of home dec stuff, and sew for the grandkids. I enjoy combining my embroidery machine designs with quilting, and have found it fun to do the quilting on the embroidery machine. Sometime I will add pictures of what I have done, if anyone is interested.

Thanks for the welcomes. Here is a table runner I just completed for my sister-in-law in Michigan. Hope you can see the detail. I hate hand sewing. When I was a child I had to make the buttonholes by hand and hem the dresses my mother made me. When I shop for a new machine that is the most important thing, a well made machine buttonhole. So I try to do everything on the machine. There are some great quilt motifs out there.
