    Practice makes perfect... Lots of practice. I've been quilting for many years and my quilts are still not perfect, but I loved making each one.

    I totally agree. I started quilting (under duress from a neighbor) when I retired. Prectice may not make perfect, but it gives you a higher level of errors, and lots of fun along the way.

    I began with 7 drag around quilts for my niece's brood (including fosters). I was fairly confident by the time I got through.

    I was a brand new quilter when I started on here and found so many wonderful people on here with lots of wisdom and any time you get stuck someone was here to help me. So welcome I hope you stay around with us for a while.
