    Welcome from New Hampshire. After quilting in black thread on the black leading as others have suggested, I would just do echo quilting on the rose center flower with matching thread, and do the same on the four blue corner flowers. By this, I mean I would stitch 1/4" inside the black leading on the flower petals, following the shape.

    I wonder what it would be like if you took it to a framer and let him frame it like they do counted cr0ss-stitch and don't quilt it at all? It is just beautiful like it is. P.S. I,m on here once, But after looking at it I love it just like it is.

    Welcome and wow it's beautiful! I've been quilting for 3 yrs and mine don't look like that!! My SIL does stain glass I'd love to make one for her! If u can share the pattern and can help walk me through it pls send me a pm.
