Hi Everyone, I'm Louise. I've been quilting for about 10years and I love it. The best part is my husband is a quilter too. We have both made quilts but the real fun is when we collaborate and design a quilt together. I have 5 kids (11 through 16), and I'm a registered nurse on a cardiac floor in Vermont. Hope to hear from you all soon.

Hi Louise,
As I received a lovely welcome just a few days ago I would like to pass that on to you and say Hi. I am impressed with all that quilting experience and 5 kids in 5 years and a husband who quilts!
I am also a nurse, here in New Zealand and I work with rehabilitation in the elderly after falls, strokes etc.
Happy quilting.

Yes it is beautiful here. I really have no desire to live anywhere else in the world but I would love to exlore more when my kids are older. They are just 11 and almost 15. Right now all my unallocated money goes towards my quilting passion. I call it sanity investments!!

This week I will try to work out the photo business. I like how you have a photo on each posting and would like to work that out too. Thanks for the encouragement.
I have been getting ready to quilt a top and have it all pinned now ready to be tackled this week. after this week I may not get much time to do patchwork as I am doing a relieving position as Nurse Educator on my ward while someone is on holiday and it is quite new for me so it will be challenging but good. But alas, less time for sewing - only for six weeks though.
The 3pm chat - I don't know what time that would be here in N.Z. I will try to work it out and see if I can be involved.
