I love to make rag quilts. Just started last year and I've made about 20, but I'm getting bored with just squares. So started looking for ideas and found this board. I love it!! The quilts are beautiful. I love all of your pets. I've been lurking for about a month and the pet thread made me come out of hiding. I used to raise and show Akitas. I also taught second grade. I've been retired for years.

Did you see the snowman rag quilt someone posted recently? I like to make rag quilts for babies, too.

I havn't tried making a rag quilt yet. I am stuck on the notion "what keeps them from completely unraveling?"
    Welcome to the board!
