Hi from Minnesota, glad you found this great site, and hope to see some of your Norwegian talent. My family visited Norway on a trip to Sweden to find our roots years ago, easy to see why so many Swedes and Norwegian folks setteled in this area. Welcome

I am just overwhelmed by this welcome.
Will try to answer some of the questions. One of you had a son living in Kolbotn. I live in Kolbotn. Small world!
My dog is a Norwich terrier. She is 1,5 years old and are so much fun.
So many of you have visited Norway. And yes, its a beautiful country. I never stop enjoing travelling around Norway. I live south east, but most of all tourist visit the west coast. In my opinion, that is the most beautiful place in our country. The north is also worth visiting ( but the weather can scare you away ).
As told earlier I have had 3 years with almost no quilting. Will post some pictures when things get done, but have not too much time to quilt these days. I am very active with my dog, I have said yes to a shop in Denmark to knit 20 (madness) skisweathers for them and I am a golfplayer. We only have 5 months to play (loooong winter ) so lots of time are used on the course.
So............... I try to spent some time at my machine, but its not a lot these days.
Cant wait to spend more time in here and get to know you all. Lots of countries represented. We have traveled a lot in Europe, and I have once been to the USA. Met up with online quilters at the Houston Quilt Festival many years ago. Lots of fun and something I would love to do again some day.
(Hope you understand my English. I am not the kind that goes over my words to see if its correct spelled.)
Lots and lots of smiles from
Nina in Norway
