Hello Oxford, Michigan:
This is the little town we where we bought our first house. It was on Stanton Street (now right behind the bank, I think).
Loved it there.
Welcome to the board. Lots of patterns on the internet. Try Paper Panache, sometimes she has free patterns....one a month I think.
