Welcome from a former Michiganian (refuse to be known as a Michigander lol) Not missing the ick weather one bit. Will send some warm Nevada temps---as soon as we get some lol

This is so funny, as I see all the MI people signing in and calling themselves Michiganders because I always called myself a "Michigoose". Just my wierd sense of humor, I guess. That was before I realized I was a Yooper and I think maybe that phrase came about during the "Up 51st" phase when we wanted to secede from the lower MI.
But the reason for the season is to welcome another MI person to the board and she probably knows that it is just the ultimate quilter's paradise

On the quilting side I am the teacher at our local quilt shop, love passing it on to new quilters and sharing new techniques.

My other love is my 18 month old Great Dane, Junior. He loves to come to class and help. He has a pretty decent stash himself.

Over the next few days until we are plowed out I will be here in the sewing room testing a Pattern for Silk Road Creations. Using Nortcott's Mod Garden, and dreaming of spring.

Hello to you fellow Michigander! I am watching the snow blow outside, and happy to be inside quilting and warm.

Welcome from Livonia, MI. We sure didn't get what they predicted here in our neck of the woods. You got more further north than us. I don't know when to trust our weather guys anymore. Hope you had a nice day quilting. Will you share the name of your shop? A couple of us get together for mini shop hops in different areas. We haven't gotten to your area yet. Glad to have you join us.

Hi and welcome from SE Woodhaven, MI. You will love it here.
We survived the Blizzard of 2011. We only got a little over 6 inches. They were predicting at least twice that amount. The blowing wind and snow was awful.
