I am sorry about your disability, but I can relate about cutting, but mine is due to severe arthritis. Cutting is one of the most difficult parts of quilting for me. Perhaps you might be able to get a Go Baby or perhaps one of the large slotted rulers. I find it much more convenient for me as I can lay my fore arm on the ruler and use the other hand to hold the cutter. Anyway, welcome to the board from the friendly State of Alabama.
