Hi from Tennessee...I used to live in Pinon Hills and belonged to a guild in Wrightwood. This site is a great place to fill that quilters need for "quilt talk" and inspiration.

Oh yeah I have been to the Ontario Convention Quilt Show. Its been about 5 yrs ago but I did love it. Hi Gig yes I am very close to Pinon Hill and I have looked into the Wrightwood Guild I need to get up there more. Its about 30 mins away from Phelan thats exactly where I live. I bet you love Tennessee I've been here in So. Cal. my whole life and the desert is boring unless you sew. Hi gaigai cute kitty I have all dogs but growing up I had cats. I like the markings on her/him?

Welcome to the board, you will love it here. I am from Sun City just south of Moreno Valley. If you haven't made plans yet, you might consider going to the Road To California Quilt Show at the Ontario Convention Center. The show is Jan. 14-17th. Loads of quilts and awesome vendors. Take your wallet, it is like going to Costco, you can't get out of there without buying something. There is also a show coming up in San Jacinto (by Hemet) on Feb. 12-13th. I have a quilt going into that show and it is a juried show. They also have over 130 quilts and lots of vendors.

Hi dlf0122 Yes I am planning on going to the Ontario Convention center. Where is the San Jacinto quilt show going to be do you know. I know where Sun City is its really nice there. Thanks for welcoming me. Linda
