    I'm not so sure how it works for tennis elbow, but Biofreeze works very well on a lot of aches and pains. It is a green gel, and it only take a little to do the job, Just rub it on, rubbing it in doesn't help any more. The smell is minimal, and doesn't last long.

    Welcome to the board. :) I use Aspercreme to rub on my aching arms and hands since I can't take meds. I like it because not only does it relieve the pain, it doesn't stain my fabrics and has absolutely NO smell. I hope you find something that will ease your pain. :)
