Hello my name is Leticia , I live in Texas, I did buy a Queen Quilter 18 machine in December, I tried to work on a special project today, my friend Callie and I managed to thread it, but the machine jammed when we started to quilt and we had to cut the needle to be able to remove the bobbin & bobbin case, but now the shank for needle is stuck in the down position. We have turned the machine on and off with no luck. If you put the control on needle up the machine makes a little noise but it will not work, nor will the wheel turn. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Try callng where you bought it. If they sell them some one should know how to help you, or call the manufacturer they should have a service dept of some sort.
    good luck
