    Default Returning to the board after a short break .....
    Hi all,

    I was a newbie member about 18 months ago and when my computer died, lost all my links. I've just found you all again - I am a cross-stitcher who has crossed to the 'dark side' and have admitted only today that I might just have joined the ranks of 'quilter'.
    Yesterday, I visited a girlfriend's quilting studio, and left with enough stash to complete last year's stitching project, a Sheepie Wallhanging.
    Today I faffed about for awhile before starting a completely new project - a wallhanging that currently exists only in my mind.
    I've come back to this board, because I remember how friendly and encouraging you all were to a novice 'textile artiste' - and I'd like somewhere to share my progress.
    I'll post a pic on the pic forum. I've titled my project - 'Arabian Nights'
