Hi! Welcome from Las Vegas!
If no one has told you ... to turn a photo ... open it in a photo program and look for some arrows that you can click on to rotate the pic, then save the change. I don't know what programs you may have on your computer. You might be able to double click on the photo itself and it will automatically open in a program that may have arrows to rotate a pic.

Thanks for the info....I do have a program in my computer to use but I think where I made the mistake was I took the photo with my Iphone and transfered it...I will do better next time...I hope...LOL
