I am also new here and would like to say I am so glad to have found this site. I was going through my fabric collection yesterday and frustrated with knowing I could never possibly use everything that I have, googled fabric swaps and this site is one that popped up. Anywho, I've been sewing for quite a long time mainly clothing. My mom (the quilter)passed away 2 years ago unexpectantly, and I inherited her fabric collection and a new Bernina sewing machine. So, I've started quilting. I'm a 40 something year old wife, mother and nurse. I got the name midnite crafter because years ago when my teenagers were babies, the only time I was able to craft or sew was after work 2nd shift, midnite. I also love gardening and ebaying. I love what I've been reading so far and hope to be able to contribute to this site. Thanks.
