    Prewash and dry the flannel atleast once if not twice, it shrinks a lot.

    Preemie blankets should only be quilted minimally, there skin is very sensitive :wink:

    Are you looking for a preemie sized pattern or a baby quilt sized pattern?

    Welcome, flannel is great for baby's lots of nice fabric that do not need a lot for a pattern. just some quilting.
