    I am new to quilting and and this board. I love reading about everyone's projects and seeing what ideas are out there.

    I'm finally taking the plunge and have signed up for a quilting 101 class. Tonight is the second class. Very excited to learn about color and techniques. My avatar is a picture of my first kingsize quilt made for my daughter last summer.

    And it looks like you can skip the 101 class.

    Great pattern with great fabrics! And king size for a first quilt!?!?!?
