Live in Keller. Newspaper said damages a re over one Billion, most damage was in Keller. Three inch, baseball size hail! Lots of cars damaged. Texas insurance has a 1% of market replacement of your entire home deductible before they start paying for a new roof. So thousands on top of water damage costs from the ice storm....and now you can bet our insurance premiums are going way up. NOT A GOOD 18 MONTHS....READY FOR GOOD NEWS.

My niece lives in Keller, I think I mentioned but she was lucky with damage. So sorry to hear about Keller's damages and yes, I've lost a number of plants, etc. from the freeze. I get it regarding the 1% - I just paid my home insurance for the year, today, and it was $3,483!!!! Next year it will raise - this year it's up $171. Sure does get old, doesn't it?

Welcome to the forum and happy quilting! You may want to try Longarm University to sell your Grace. I sold my longarm on there 2 years ago. Cindy is awesome to work with!
