    Thank you all very much for your warm welcome. I am sure that I could have many friends and lots of inspiration here. I am very new to quilting. Made a few things (the doll quilts in my avatar) I'll try to post something else, but remember I am new, and may have done things my own way...I don't know. But, that is why I am here.

    Hey, kid, don't sweat the small stuff!! And one way to do something is just as good as another way. (For example, I'm told that I cut stuff "backward" when I am using a rotary cutter. Well, heck, it works for me!!)

    If it ain't broke, don't fix it :) If it works for you, then go for it. Rules have their place, but don't be afraid to do things your own way. :)
