I saw an ad for the FLYNN MULTI-FRAME SYSTEM in the back of the May/June 2009 Fons & Porter Love of Quilting magazine. This is an affordable ($150) adjustable quilt frame. After watching the video on their web-site at www.flynnquilt.com, it looks like a great way to ease the challenge of managing large (queen and king) quilting projects on a general-use sewing machine with a standard throat. If any of you have one and can comment on it please let me know. I know even $150 is beyond some budgets, but this option puts frame quilting in the realm of possibility for me.
