Another quilt show, more quilting items to try.
When I go to quilt shows I shop for new items to try. I went to Hot Springs, AR quilt show yesterday and found some new to me items.. The quilts were very nice, all winners in my book. I had a hard time choosing my Viewer's Choice vote.
Sewline Cuticle pen: http://blog.modafabrics.com/2013/08/...ticle-oil-pen/ everyone was raving about this one. So far it's great but only used it last night.

I thought this would be a fun project for my guild when teaching local girl scouts. They are tired of pillowcases and coasters. LOL
Sigma thread: Good review of it here: http://www.pumpkinpatchquilter.com/2...ma-thread.html The price was right, vendor had a sale. Worth trying to see how it works with my Brother 1500.
https://www.fulllinestencil.com/ulti...arking-pencil/ I know I stood at the booth for the longest time testing this marking pen on very type of dark fabric they had samples of. It's great. Sharpens without crumbling too. I bought one for each of my secret pals!
A very pretty cute flower pin cushion with scissors attached. Original design by the vendor.

I had to post and say I love the Sewline cuticle pen. I have very dry cracking cuticles and the improvement in a couple of days is amazing. What I like about it is I can use the fine tip to paint my cuticles, not get any of it on my fingers. The vendor said hers has lasted for months now.
