    This is how I try to do it, but seem to have trouble when trying to get correct corner on back side!!! Practice, practice, practice!!!

    I like doing the splicing at the ends, the same kind of seam that you use for joining the strips in the beginning. That lays so much nicer and looks so much neater. It is my favorite way to do the binding. Of course binding is my favorite part of quilting.
