    and use up those excess scraps!! thanks for the link, I just made one and really looks good! My church will be having a yard sale in a few weeks so on to sewing!!

    hey instead of sewing all around, could velcro be used for the opening??

    I love the idea of using Velco to refill the catnip. I also use long stips and fold it over and then just sew up the two long sides. My cats love their new toy. I also use old cord pants. Its great for using old clothes instead of my nice fabric.
