Help AAQI have plenty of quilts to sale at Houston International Quilt Festival. The mini quilt can be as simple or as complicated as you want. Sometimes I just want to try a new block (but not make an entire quilt) and play with FMQing. Then I send it in to help raise money for research.

The challenge is on! Post your pix

that one looks to be about a 10" square and will probably cost around $2+ dollars to mail with the bulk.

The Square Telescope is 8.75 inch square. Click on second link I listed for rules for making your mini. :)

9 X 12 is the max size. I also do the fast finish triangles on all my minis. Great technique

This was founded by Ami Simms. Her Mom had Alzheimer's. This is a GREAT cause!

Also remember if you use a copyright pattern you need permission. Mine could not be sent in last year after spending months hand appliqueing and hand sewing because of this. I used a Pat Campbell block and she was not healthy enough at the time to provide written permission to use it.
